"Join in this special course study that connects the Bible with our everyday experiences. Our emotional and psychological make up is such that we all need what the Bible calls "the blessing" - the knowledge that somebody in this world loves and accepts us unconditionally. The blessing teaches us the remarkably simple, logical process, touching both inner spirit and physical body, of being a blessing, and how to pass that life-changing blessing to your parents, spouse, children, and friends.

FIRST PLACE "Transform Your Life" with the "Bible's Way" to "Weight Loss"
First Place for women led by Dr. Bridget Casey!
Attention All Women: Our Pastoral Intern teaches this exciting class on Tuesday evenings The classes l start at 6:30 pm and close at 8:00 pm. First Place is a Christ centered health program ... a discipleship ministry that focuses upon helping members of the group to develop a more abundant life through Bible Study, weight-loss, and balanced living. Weekly meetings offer instruction, encouragement and support as you work to accomplish your goals.
First Place has guided hundreds of thousands of people to a healthier lifestyle and a closer walk with the Lord. The program includes Bible study, group support and accountability; a proven, common-sense nutrition plan; regular exercise; daily prayer; and Scripture memorization.
Bridget is very well qualified to lead this ministry. She is a MDiv student at Fuller Theological Seminary and has a doctorate in Food Science from the University of Minnesota. You will enjoy Bridget's pastoral leadership and encouraged spirit. The enrollment & course fee will be $25.00 and covers the cost of your materials for the class.

JOIN OUR YOUNG ADULTS CLASS!
The new Sunday School class for Young Adults ages 20 and 35 is now going on and features interactive Bible Study, fellowship, and encouragement for active young adults in our downtown area.
Do you know anyone between the ages of 20 and 35? If so, invite them to come and share the journey of learning, praying, and serving together. The class meets right off the main entrance to the sanctuary, Just look for the signs to guide you.
